A. In order to cater to each individual business, Holistic HR offers multiple investment options. Depending on the type of work and the financial ease to our customers, we offer the following methods:

Hourly:
Our customers most commonly opt to be invoiced for each hour we spend on a project(s).

Retainer:
We guarantee our customers a mutually agreed upon minimum number of hours per month at a substantial discount. This is particularly popular for servicing HR issues as they come up. Our retainer option would provide a guaranteed presence for all your HR concerns.

Fixed value projects:
When a customer has a specific project, we can provide a fixed value to the work that is required. This provides our customers with the peace of mind of knowing what they will be applying in advance. We are experienced in working with our customers to help define the project scope. This requires developing a highly detailed agreement which includes specifics of what is expected from Holistic HR.

Q. How do I know which investment option is right for me?
A. Through discussions about the project or services required with our customers, Holistic HR mutually identifies the advantages and disadvantages for each investment option in comparison to the project/service required. As a result, our customers are able to form a sound and confident selection.
